Sauce Alla Norma


The Salsa alla Norma is a typical sauce of Sicilian cuisine, often served with pasta, especially with spaghetti. The name “Norma” is a tribute to the opera “Norma” by Vincenzo Bellini, one of the most famous composers from Sicily. Salsa alla Norma is known for its simplicity and its rich and flavourful taste.
