Rhubarb Rhubarb Workshops at the Jammery!

As a gift for someone close or a treat for you!

Hands on all things Rhubarb making day….you will work in pairs throughout the day. You will use Forced Rhubarb from Yorkshire grown in the rhubarb triangle. From making a delicious curd and Rhubarb and vanilla jam to using it with Matt the Baker in Rhubarb and custard Choux buns1

Refreshments throughout, light lunch and tea and cake to finish.

At the end of the day you will go home with the Curd, jam and Choux  buns you make along with written recipes and all the knowledge you need to replicate at home/

Don’t forget to bring a box to take home all that you make..!
