A Sicilian speciality that’s said to have been inspired by the beauty of the Bellini Opera of the same name, norma packs a serious spring/summery punch whilst also having the “meatiness” to warm up the chilliest of evenings…in short you need this for dinner tonight.


Tomatoes, aubergines, red pepper, chilli, red wine vinegar, basil, oregano, black pepper, salt, sugar.
